HISTORY

Vendemmia Joyero’s history dates back to its founder’s childhood, Vicente Vendemmia, who at the age of 11 begun to work at small jewelry workshop as an apprentice. In 1934, he decided to open his own store in the city of Mendoza: Vendemmia Joyero. Combining the ancient art of goldsmithing with state-of-the-art technology and unique designs, the brand immediately became market leader.

Top watch brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Omega and Baume & Mercier were later added to the portfolio.

Vendemmia Joyero has 3 stores: its headquarters, located in 1174 San Martín St. in downtown Mendoza, and two subsidiaries in Palmares Open Mall and Mendoza Plaza Shopping.

Nowadays, the Vendemmia family holds onto the same passion and values that have portrayed the brand for years: experience, professionalism, commitment to quality, exclusiveness and the avant-garde.

A UNIQUE DESIGN FOR THE PROVINCE'S SYMBOL

In gratitude to the people of Mendoza, in 1994, Vendemmia Joyero crafted and donated two unique pieces of jewelry to the provincial patrimony: the Vendimia crown and scepter.

Both were designed by the jeweler and gemologists Enzo Vendemmia, and made by a skilled team of goldsmiths and craftsmen.

The Vendimia crown and scepter are true symbols of the history and traditions of Mendoza. Every March, in the Grape Harvest Festival (Fiesta Nacional de la Vendimia), the elected queen is invested with the regalia.
